Microsoft began testing the cloud service of virtual desktops Cloud PC
Earlier this month, it became known that Microsoft is working on a new cloud service for virtual desktops Cloud PC. With its help, users will be able to connect to virtual desktops with Windows 10 and access applications from different devices. It looks like the launch of this service is getting closer, as there have been reports that Microsoft has begun active testing of the Cloud PC service.
The source says that new Microsoft support documents have found references that Microsoft has begun testing the Cloud PC service and possibly several related services. Documentation confirms that the Cloud PC service is indeed in development and Microsoft will gradually add the corresponding APIs to the Microsoft Graph developer platform.
The message also notes that users will be able to interact with the new service within the framework of different tariff plans. It is assumed that the standard plan will allow you to use a virtual desktop with Windows 10, two vCPUs, 4 GB of RAM and a 96 GB SSD. A more advanced option involves the use of a virtual desktop with three vCPUs, 8 GB of RAM and 96 GB of ROM.
One of the features of the Cloud PC service is that users will be able to interact with it from any device on which the Microsoft Remote Desktop application is installed. The service is still under development, but we can assume that more information about it will appear soon.
